An Opinion On “South Africa Skips Libyan Conference”
The ruling circles of NATO, carrying military aggression and a ground invasion of Libya, continue to flagrantly violate all principles of international law and UN resolution on Libya, which prohibit an attack on a sovereign independent state member of the UN, overthrowing the legitimate government of a state member of the UN, fighting on the side of one of opposing groups of internal conflict in Libya, military bombing of troops and cities in Libya and a ground invasion of foreign troops in Libya.
The ruling circles of NATO, carrying military aggression and a ground invasion of Libya, are pursuing a policy of brute force, rejecting overriding principles of international law and threaten international peace and security.
Thus, policies and imperialist aggression war of of the ruling circles of the NATO against Libya is similar aggression to Nazi Germany and Italy in Europe in 1936-1945.
In accordance with the decisions of the Nuremberg Tribunal, which are an integral part of international law, the actions of NATO are aggression and a crime against international peace and security, and destruction of the civilian population, crimes against humanity.
